DWC Shop Booking

Want to book time in the shop? You’re in the right spot. Please read the information below carefully and then book your time slot.

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic we have had to limit the number of people in the shop at any one time for everyone’s safety.

Shop time is split up into 3 hour slots and you are allowed 3 slots each week.

  • Morning (9:00 am to 12:00 pm)
  • Afternoon (12:00 pm to 3:00 pm)

Shop access will be granted to any club member with paid membership fees for the year, as well, a completed 2020 DWC new waiver liability form with signature. If you wish to sign the new 2020 waiver liability form contact Director of Membership.

All members entering the shop must have their 2020 DWC membership card on their person. If you are a paid member and do not have your card please contact Director of Membership

Rules for Shop Use

Shop Access

  • Shop access will be limited to six (6) members per three (3) hour period.
  • All members must book time slots before entering the shop through the DWC web site.
  • For those members without internet, please contact the President.
  • Members will book one (1) time slot per day, first come, first serve basis, maximum booking of three (3) slots per week.
  • Bookings will be accepted in one (1) week increments.
  • Weekly calendars will be posted outside the door to the shop as a back up for those members without internet.

Member Responsibilities

  • Members are to be ready to exit the shop at the end of their scheduled time slot.
  • After each use of the equipment members are to clean and sanitize their work stations using the club provided disinfectant spay and paper towels.
  • Prior to exiting the shop, members are to clean and sanitize their work stations using the club provided disinfectant spay and paper towels.
  • Sanitization includes all equipment used or touched by each member, as well as, bathroom facilities, cleaning equipment (shop vac, booms, garbage can lid handles, etc.)
  • The club will supply disinfectant spray bottles with proper disinfectant, along with paper towels and hand sanitizer for member use.
